    Future Design’s 2500 series breaks all the rules for 32nd DIN controllers. Input sample rate of 5 scans per second, current transformer (heater break monitoring) or second analog input (remote setpoint or event input) is included as standard on the 2500.  18 bit A/D and 15 bit D/A offer the highest accuracy for industrial control applications.  The 2500 can be supplied with up to 2 control outputs, alarm and communications (or analog retransmission), all in a 32nd DIN package.  The 2500 can also be equipped with a 20VDC/25mA power supply if output 2/alarm 2 is not required.  Standard software functionality includes Fuzzy logic + PID, Ramp/Soak, timer function, pump control, dual setpoint (event selectable) and more.  With isolated inputs/outputs, UL/CSA and CE, the 2500 can go anywhere and do the job.

    Future Design's 4120 series 1/4 DIN controllers take advantage of the latest SMD technology.  Software has been refined and offers logical menu structures and advance noise immunity.  By using the unique "SEL" function, the user has the flexibility of assigning the parameters to be shown at the operator level.  The 4120 offers a wide variety of options to meet your control needs.  Manual control of the output is standard with offset and shift functions to allow process values to be corrected for intrinsic offsets and in-site calibrations.  Dual alarms can be independently configured as a process alarm, deviation alarm, deviation band alarm or latching alarm.

    High Accuracy, Flexible Control, Low Cost! Future Design's "100" series redefines the standard for 1/16, 1/8 and 1/4 DIN temperature controllers.  Fast input scan rates ( 5 per second ), 18 bit input resolution and 15 bit output resolution as well as fuzzy modified PID control provide not only the highest accuracy, but temperature control minimizing over/under shoot while maintaining fast process response.  The "100" series can be configured with up to 3 control outputs (2 PID fuzzy + alarm).  A fourth output can be configured for RS232/485 Modbus or PV analog retransmission.  The 100 series can also be equipped with an isolated transmitter power supply when the second control output is not required.  Standard software functionality includes Fuzzy Logic + PID, soft start ramp, Lock out protection, bumpless transfer, user defined menu operation, timer function, and more.  With isolated inputs/outputs, UL/cUL and CE, the 100 series is the clear choice for temperature control applications.

    Future Design’s L 91 is a 1/16 DIN control designed to provide limit protection in process applications.  Up to three discreet setpoints, two outputs, fast scan rates and user friendly prompts make it the right choice for safety protection.  The L91 offers a full range of universal inputs.  Power supply selections of 90-264 VAC (std)or 11-26 VAC/VDC allows the 91 to be used virtually anywhere. Output selections include Relay, SSR Drive or Triac.  Optional features such as a second latching relay, DC power supply, remote reset or communications offer maximum flexibility for demanding applications.  The 91 display can be be configured for PV, HSP, SP, or Safe, offering the simplicity required by operations personnel.

    Future Design’s series “7” Hi-Limit is a combination surface or DIN rail mount FM approved controller designed to provide hi-limit protection for process applications.  Setup is accomplished simply by adjusting the set point dial by hand.  A “SPDT” latching relay circuit is provided and must be manually reset each time the unit exceeds the limit set point.  Compact and simple, the “7” Series offers several ranges to satisfy customer requirements.

    Series 7L FM Approved DIN Rail or Surface Mount High Limit Control provides hi-limit protection for process applications.  Setup is accomplished simply by adjusting the Setpoint knob by hand.  A Form C [spdt] 5 amp latching relay is provided and must be manually reset each time the unit exceeds the limit setpoint.  Compact and simple, the Series 7L offers dual F/C temperature ranges, LED status indicator [LED energized when in alarm] and remote reset as standard to satisfy customer needs.

    Future Design’s Series 8 is a combination surface or DIN rail mount temperature controller that uses the latest in solid state and modular technology.  Setup is accomplished simply by adjusting the set point dial by hand.  An integral 20 amp “SPDT” relay eliminates the need for “additional” relays when controlling hi-current loads.  The Series 8 is available with either on/off or time proportioning control outputs.  Shown below are specifications - consult factory for special hysteresis, proportional band, cycle times, input power and output types and ratings.
